Annual Board Meeting

Director’s meeting for the 65th Annual Meeting was held on March 18, 2026, at 8:00 P.M.
Meeting was called to order by Pres M Gartner. Directors in attendance were D Ell, S Gartner, T Gartner, D Gustin, T Kalvoda, K Kirchmeier, B Klesalek, K Nelson and C Rebenitsch.Also present were Chief L Gustin, T Sheldon and several fire personnel.
S Gartner read the minutes of the 64th Annual Meeting. Motion by K Nelson, 2nd by K Kirchmeier to approve the minutes. Motion carried.
S Gartner read the Treasurer’s Report for 2025.Motion by D Gustin, 2nd by T Gartner to approve the Treasurer’s Report. Motion carried.
Chief L Gustin reported on the Fire Department activity for 2025.Report is attached.
Elections followed consisting of nominations & the subsequent casting of a unanimous ballot for representation from the townships & terms of office as shown below for a 2-year term.
Mike Gartner = 136-83 = T Gartner nominated, 2nd by K Kirchmeier. Motion carried.
Shelly Gartner = 136-81 = K Nelson nominated, 2nd by D Gustin. Motion carried.
Kyle Kirchmeier = 138-81 = T Gartner nominated, 2nd by C Rebenitsch. Motion carried
Curt Rebenitsch = 136-80 = T Gartner nominated, 2nd by D Gustin. Motion carried.
John Steckler = 137-82 = D Gustin nominated, 2nd by T Gartner. Motion carried.
Elections were opened up for any new nominations.
Jacob Thomsen = 140-82 = T Gartner nominated, 2nd by C Rebenitsch. Motion carried.
Doug Hille = 137-83 = K Nelson nominated, 2nd by K Kirchmeier. Motion carried.
Jared Fisher = 136-82 = C Rebenitsch nominated, 2nd by T Gartner. Motion carried.
Pat Sweeney = 139-82 = L Gustin nominated, 2nd by T Gartner. Motion carried.
Jared Hopkins = 139-81 = L Gustin nominated, 2nd by D Gustin. Motion carried.
Motion made by K Nelson for nominations to close, 2nd by D Hille. Motion carried.
No other business was brought forth.
Motion by T Kalvoda, 2nd by B Klesalek to adjourn. Motion Carried.
